Inside information subject to mandatory disclosure will be published through a registered Inside Information Platform (IIP) pursuant to the applicable Ukrainian rules. The company is selecting an authorised IIP administrator. No IIP connection or ECRB registration is represented as completed.
Fallback disclosure
If the primary IIP is unavailable, the company will first use the administrator’s approved alternative disclosure method. Only when both the primary channel and the administrator’s alternative are unavailable may this official website be used under the applicable rules, with a documented timestamp and subsequent reconciliation.
